Description

DJIBOUTI-1B is the second satellite of the Republic of Djibouti. Its mission is to enhance the capacity for data collection from climatological, rainfall, and limnometric stations spread across the Djiboutian territory. Together with DJIBOUTI-1A (First satellite of Djibouti), DJIBOUTI-1B will help the CERD (Centre for Studies and Research of Djibouti) in monitoring environmental changes throughout the country.
