Description

The Hellenic Space Dawn mission is a Greek initiative, featuring a twin CubeSat constellation named Helios and Selene designed to bolster national space capabilities through advanced Earth Observation and experimental laser communications. Supported by the European Space Agency and the Greek Ministry of Digital Governance, the mission integrates domestic technologies—including on-board edge processing and secure optical links—to deliver data for applications such as maritime traffic monitoring, natural disaster management, and urban land use analysis.
