Built by students at Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), it carries 4 payloads. A VHF / UHF Software Defined Radio (SDR) FM repeater and APRS digipeater as well as CW telemetry and beacon, A second AIS / ADS-B receiver, An FPGA testing platform and a thermal infrared camera.
