Description | ASRTU Friendship MicroSat (ASRTU-1) was jointly developed by LilacSat Student Satellite Team from Harbin Institute of Technology and students from Amur State University, with scientific payloads contributed by several other universities. It is the first student satellite developed under the cooperation framework of the Association of Sino-Russia Technical Universities (ASRTU). The satellite has V/U FM repeater, UHF SSDV and 10G hi-res image downlink onboard. It was launched on UTC 4 Nov 2024 23:18 from Vostochny Cosmodrome onboard Soyuz 2.1b.
